Headwaters Therapy In-Person Appointments
Upon entering the lobby, go to the elevators on your left.
At the elevators there is a keypad where you must enter that you would like to go to the 5th floor. The screen there will tell you which elevator you need to take to get to the 5th floor.
Find office #520 and enter. There is no reception, please take a seat in the waiting area and I will come get you at your appointment time.
